Our Story

Big discoveries start small.

Mervine & Coco began with a simple question from a curious child: “What do people actually do all day?”

Behind every job, a person.

A nurse who brings comfort. A carpenter who builds a home. A vet who cares for a frightened puppy. We wanted children to meet those people, understand what they do, and imagine themselves doing it too.

So we created a series of illustrated career-discovery books for ages 5–8, led by Mervine and his faithful companion Coco, a chocolate Labrador who’s always ready for an adventure. Together they visit real workplaces, meet real professionals, and show that every job matters.
